Fred Krazeise – Director, Sales & Marketing

Fred has over 20 years of sales, marketing and product development experience in both early stage high technology companies and global Fortune 50 consumer electronics. Prior to joining S3 Technologies, he was Associate Vice President Marketing and Product Planning for Sharp Electronics Corporation. At Sharp, he was responsible product development, marketing and distribution for over 100 products in the LCD, office copier, fax, point-of-sale, and multimedia projector product categories. Fred earned a Master of Arts degree in Education from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland. 

Don Zacherl - Chief Executive Officer

Don has over 25 years of experience in leading and managing organizations and large technology business solution projects. Chosen one of the 100 Premier IT leaders by COMPUTERWORLD magazine. Experience includes CTO at National Association of Home Builders, VP of Operations at SiloSmashers and Director of IT at The Military Officer's Association. PMI Certified Project Management Professional. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Don holds a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, Masters in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hofstra University, and Masters in Military Art and Science from the Command and General Staff College, an MBA from George Washington University.

Frank Li - Chairman of the Board

Frank has over 10 years of experience in product management, new business development, channel development and strategic partnerships in technology industries. Experience includes VP of Business Development at Unibex and Investment Banking Associate at PriceWaterhouseCoopers focusing on advising high-tech clients on mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships and private placements. Frank earned a BS in Physics from Beijing University in China, an MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Virginia, and an MBA from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Suresh Ramakrishnan - Chief Technology Officer

Suresh has over 10 years of experience in product management, and software, systems and database design and development. Experience includes SVP of Software Development at Unibex and Project Leader at Focus Software Pvt. Ltd. Suresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University, an Honor's Diploma in Information Systems Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Software Export Technology from Aptech Limited.
